I am an executive design director, writer and filmmaker — (and witchy healer, too).
At my core is strategic communications. Inclusion. And joy. I work with people and organizations who want to ask themselves “who are we?” and then I help guide them through the process of finding themselves through story, soul, and invitation.

I have visited many places — organizations, tech companies, schools, libraries, parent groups, design departments, school kids — to teach about gender. Places like SXSW, Microsoft Design Week, Creative Mornings, etc. using my book “How to They/Them” as a teaching tool designed to use play and humor during tough conversations.
